The structure for the jump is an old mobile home frame
The two pieces were tacked in place
And then welded together
The bottom frame of the jump was then attached to an axle for easy hauling. The ramp surface frame, constructed the same way, was then lowered into place
The side curtains are a made from a lighter weight metal
Mastercraft shipped us the ramp surface on a load of boats
The ramp surface and the plywood side curtains are attached
The completed jump, will it float?
